Tracker entries are private: we never share them and never use them for marketing.
3. How we use it
to provide the service, your account and Pro access;
to confirm eligibility: 21 or older and located in New Jersey;
to send account emails, such as sign-in links and receipts;
to send product news only if you opt in — unsubscribe in one click;
to keep the service secure and prevent misuse;
to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent personal information.
5. How long we keep it
Account data and saved scenarios: until you delete your account, then removed within 30 days.
Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, generally up to 7 years.
Technical logs: up to 90 days.
6. Your rights and choices
You can view, correct, export or delete your data in account settings or by writing to [email protected]. You can withdraw consent to analytics cookies at any time in Cookie settings.
Where it applies, the New Jersey Data Privacy Act may give you further rights, including to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data and profiling. We do none of these. We respond to privacy requests within 45 days. If we decline a request, we will explain why, and you can appeal by replying to our answer; we respond to appeals within 45 days.
7. Age
ValueAuditor is only for people 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21; if we learn that we have, we delete it.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or on the website before the change takes effect.
