1. Who we are and these Terms

In these Terms, “ValueAuditor”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of the website valueauditor.com. By using the website, creating an account or buying Pro, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What ValueAuditor is

ValueAuditor is an independent analytics service. For each New Jersey casino welcome offer we model the offer terms and simulate 100,000 sessions using recorded slot payout data. We publish the results as metrics — expected value, chance to complete wagering, median and the range of outcomes — together with calculators and educational articles.

• We are not a casino, we do not accept wagers and we do not hold player funds.

• We do not provide gambling services, we do not link to casinos and we are not paid by casinos.

• Casino names are trademarks of their owners and are used for identification only.

3. Who can use ValueAuditor

You may use the analytics only if you are 21 or older and physically located in New Jersey. We ask you to confirm both before your first visit to analytics pages and when you create an account. Do not use ValueAuditor where online casino gambling is not lawful for you.

• One account per person.

• We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe these conditions are not met.

4. Information, not advice

Everything on ValueAuditor is general information. Our figures are averages and distributions of simulated sessions under stated assumptions. They are not a forecast of your result and not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You decide whether to take an offer and how to play, and you are responsible for that decision.

5. No promise of results

We make no promise that you will reach any result shown on ValueAuditor. A real session is one outcome: it can land far below the average, and you can lose your deposit. Casinos can change offer terms, game rules and game settings at any time. Check the current terms with the casino before you deposit.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by New Jersey law, we disclaim all warranties, including accuracy, completeness and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Accounts

A free account needs an email address and your confirmation that you are 21 or older and located in New Jersey. Keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account. You can delete your account at any time in account settings or by writing to us.

7. Pro access and payment

• Price. $250, paid once. No subscription and no auto-renewal.

• What you get. Lifetime access to Pro features for your account, as described on the Pricing page, for as long as we operate the service. If we decide to close the service, we will tell you by email at least 30 days in advance.

• Payment. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, whose name is shown at checkout. We do not see or store your full card number.

• Taxes. Sales tax, if applicable, is shown at checkout before you pay.

• Personal use. Pro access is personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred.

8. Refunds

Pro is a one-time purchase of digital access that starts immediately. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where the law requires otherwise or we charged you in error, for example a duplicate payment. This policy is shown at checkout before you pay.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or bulk-download our data, or republish it as your own;

• share your account or Pro access, or resell any part of the service;

• interfere with the service or try to get around its security, the age and location confirmation or access levels;

• use the service if you are under 21 or outside New Jersey, or help anyone else do so;

• use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of a casino’s terms.

10. Intellectual property

The website, software, simulations, metrics, texts and charts belong to ValueAuditor or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Short quotes with a link to the source are fine; anything else needs our written permission.

11. Casinos and third parties

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or paid by any casino. Your relationship with a casino is governed by that casino’s terms. Casinos may limit or close accounts at their own discretion, and we have no influence over that. Links to third-party services, such as help lines, are for information only.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by New Jersey law, we are not liable for gambling losses, lost deposits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Pro. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under New Jersey law.

13. Changes to the service and these Terms

We may change the service, the offers we cover and these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you by email or on the website before it takes effect. The effective date at the top of this page shows which version applies.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard by the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
